CAROLINE SCHROER

Caroline Schroer began her training at the New Paltz School of Ballet (NPSB) in New Paltz, NY, and attended summer intensives at the New York State Summer School for the Arts (NYSSSA) and Cincinnati Ballet. Caroline attended Mercyhurst University on both academic and dance scholarships, where she trained with Tauna Hunter, Noelle Partusch, Lesley Bories-Scalise, and Jennifer McNamara. Caroline graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance with a minor in Musical Theatre, and joined Ballet Hartford as a trainee in 2021. Caroline now teaches, directs, and choreographs for several local dance and theatre programs. Additionally, Caroline acts as Rehearsal Notator for Ballet Hartford, and works as a pointe shoe fitter.
