ALEXANDRA AIUDI

Alexandra grew up in Barkhamsted, CT, where, at the age of three, she began her dance training at The Nutmeg Conservatory. During her thirteen years there, she had opportunities to perform soloist and corps de ballet roles in The Nutcracker, as well as excerpts from many ballets including, Swan Lake, Giselle, Paquita, and Carmen. In 2019, Alexandra attended Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet's summer intensive and decided to stay for their year-round program, where she had the opportunity to be trained by Darla Hoover, Alicia Good-Boresow, Simon Ball, and Andrea Long-Naidu. While there, she also had the privilege of participating in George Balanchine's The Nutcracker. She was thrilled to join Ballet Hartford in 2023 where she has performed in many professional works such as, The Sleeping Beauty, Giselle, Swan Lake, and Leyna Doran's Holiday Happenings. Alexandra also performs as a guest artist with Woodbury Ballet and has danced in their productions of The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, and The Wizard of Oz. She is very grateful to be dancing with Ballet Hartford for another season under Artistic Director Claire Kretzschmar!
