AVA LEE VANWIEREN

Ava Lee VanWieren was born in Georgia. She first began dancing when she was three years old. She started her training by taking ballet and tap. As she got older, she became more serious about ballet. While continuing to do ballet, Ava Lee moved to Utah and Washington. In 2016, Ava Lee moved back to Georgia. In Georgia she joined Buford School of Ballet’s company, Georgia Christian Dance Theater. She also joined the Ballet Conservatory of North Georgia with Buford School of Ballet. While dancing with Buford School of Ballet, Ava Lee performed many lead roles, such as Sugar Plum fairy and Arabian Lead in the Nutcracker. During the summer, she continued her training by attending summer intensives such as Nashville Ballet, Ballet 5:8, and Ballet West. Ava Lee is excited to continue her professional journey in ballet with Ballet Hartford!
